The aim of the sessions are to provide people living with dementia and their carers an opportunity take part in health and fitness activities and feel the benefits. Strength Academy Wales hold the sessions every Wednesday and Friday 10.30 - 11.30am. The key benefits of the exercises are joint health; posture; balance; bone density; muscular strength; muscle wastage prevention; other common benefits from resistance exercise; wellbing and an opportunity for social interaction and ENJOYMENT.
